Hey Brides! Here is your all inclusive wedding day checklist! I highly suggest utilizing this the week before or the day of your wedding just to make sure you have everything in tact. Hope this is helpful!
- Make sure you have the marriage license and someone in charge to make sure it gets signed (this is a MUST (we got ours signed by our officiant before the ceremony even started); when it comes to the court house you have to get your marriage license done no more than 30 days before your wedding)
- Make sure you have the rings/wedding bands (kinda important!)
- Pack Bride essentials such as dress(s), shoes, veil, garter, and jewelry (earrings, necklace, bracelet, etc)
- Pack Groom essentials such as suit(s), dress shoes, jewelry (watch, earrings, etc), cuff links, tie or bow tie, dress shirt(s), dress socks, lapel or boutonniere
- Pack your Wedding Sign, Card Box, Guest Book with pen (or give it to your decor vendor beforehand)
- Pack a speaker to play music while getting ready for the wedding
- Make sure you have your vow books and someone in charge to hold it for you during the ceremony (most likely Matron/Maid of Honor and Best Man)
- Create and/or pack memorial sign/decorations (if needed)
- Solidify and pack corsage for the special women in your life (mothers, grandmothers, godmothers, etc)
- Plan Wedding Ceremony walking in flow
- Meet with the officiant on final details (run of ceremony, wedding color attire if needed, etc.)
- Give your DJ your wedding playlist (songs for ceremony walk-ins/exit, reception first dances, garter/bouquet tosses, etc)
- Create a list of must have photos for your photographer
- Send day of wedding details to all of your vendors (time of arrival, venue address, expectations that were planned/discussed, etc)
- Pay your vendors (DJ, Photobooth, Decor, Cake, Catering, etc.)
- Finalize your signature drink and reconfirm menu for the reception with cater (or venue for us)
- Communicate table numbers to guests (if not an open seating wedding)
- Pack for honeymoon (if traveling internationally make sure that all documents are packed such as passport and required COVID test results + forms for location)
- Check into flight for honeymoon if you are leaving the next day (highly suggested!)
